- Readers can ask for a refund within fourteen days if a Brief did not match what it promised.
- The platform fee is returned along with the sale. You are not out of pocket on the fee.
- Access to that Brief is revoked when the refund goes through.
- You see that a refund happened and the reason. You do not see the buyer.
A run of refunds on one Brief is a signal to go and look at it. Usually something in the free half is promising more than the paid half delivers.
