What Realtrip is
Realtrip is a marketplace. Creators write Field Briefs and set their own prices. Realtrip keeps 15% of each payment on Free, 8% on Pro, and 3% on Studio. Stripe's processing fee is deducted separately.
What you get when you pay
A one-time payment unlocks the paid sections of that one Brief, permanently. A subscription unlocks every published Brief by that creator for as long as the subscription runs, and stops unlocking them when it ends.
What you can do with a Brief
Read it, use it to plan your own trip, print it for yourself. Don't republish it, resell it, or pass the paid sections on to people who didn't pay for them.
What creators are responsible for
Creators state what they saw and what they paid. Costs change, permit offices move, people stop working. A Brief is somebody's record of a trip, not a guarantee about yours.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days if a Brief is wrong or missing what it says it contains. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the period you already paid for.
Ending an account
You can close your account whenever you like. We can close an account that resells Briefs, publishes someone else's work, or publishes raw contact details for people who never agreed to it.
