If a Brief did not deliver what its free half promised, ask for a refund within fourteen days of buying it. Tell us the Brief and what was missing or wrong.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually in five to ten days.
- Access to that Brief is removed when the refund is issued.
- The creator sees that a refund happened. They do not see who you are.
A trip going badly is not the same as a Brief being wrong. Conditions change, and a Brief is one person's record of one set of dates.
