The structure is fixed. That is on purpose: a reader who has used one Brief can read any Brief. Do not fight the sections, fill them.
01 The VerdictTotal cost, days, best months, difficulty, and whether you would do it again. Write this last.
02 Getting ThereEvery leg, in order, with times and prices. Include the backup route, because the first one fails often.
03 The PersonThe guide, driver or fixer. Role, day rate, what they were good at, whether an intro is available.
04 PapersEvery permit and fee. Office address, opening days, forms, lead time, cash or card, last checked date.
05 StayingEach place you slept: price, how you booked, condition, and your verdict.
06 The MonthBest window, worst window, and the reason. Weather, permits, crowds, closures.
07 The ReceiptLine items with date, amount, currency and category. From your actual receipts.
08 What Went WrongWhat you assumed that turned out false, what it cost, and what you would do instead.
Sections 1, 2, 6 and 8 are free by default and 3, 4, 5 and 7 are paid. You can open a paid one. You cannot lock a free one.
