- 01Add a line for anything over a few dollars: permits, transport, guide days, beds, food blocks, gear hire.
- 02Give each line the date you paid and the currency you paid in. Do not convert.
- 03Pick a category so the totals group properly.
- 04Add a note where the price needs one: off season, negotiated, paid in cash.
Do not round to a tidy number and do not average. 47,500 GEL on 12 May is useful. About 500 dollars is not.
If you paid a bad price because you did not know better, keep it in and say so. That line is worth more than the ones that went well.
